Americans for the Arts has secured rooms at discounted rates at our conference headquarters hotel, the Westin Seattle Hotel. All meetings and events, unless otherwise indicated, will be held at the Westin Seattle Hotel.

Room Rates: $189 single | double occupancy, per night + applicable taxes
To qualify for the conference room block rate, you must mention Americans for the Arts when making your reservation. You can also reserve your room online at the conference room block rate.
Discounted Rate Deadline: October 17, 2018
If you book after October 17, Americans for the Arts cannot guarantee the discounted group rate, or if the hotel sells out prior to this date.
Come early and stay late! Group rate will be available from November 3–15, 2018 (subject to availability).
A credit card is required at time of booking to secure reservation. Reservations will be held until hotel check-out time the day following arrival.
All reservations are subject to a 15.6 % or current tax charge and $2.00 STIA fee per night.
Reservations not canceled by 6:00 PM hotel time within 72 hours of check-in will be charged first night room and tax.
The Westin Seattle offers both valet and self-parking in an adjacent garage facility. Valet parking is provided from the main entance of the hotel on Westlake Avenue (Sixth Ave Side) and the Self-Parking entrance may be accessed from 6th Avenue between Stewart/Westlake and Virginia Streets. The Seattle Tacoma International Airport (Sea-Tac or SEA) is located 15 miles from the Westin Seattle Hotel, the conference headquarters.

Once you land at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, you’ve got a short trip to all things NAMP at the Westin Seattle hotel. A variety of transportation options are available at Sea-Tac Airport as there is no complimentary shuttle to the Westin Seattle Hotel. Once you arrive in Seattle, proceed through the airport terminal to the Airport Parking Garage/Grand Transportation Plaza where most transportation modes depart. Travel time to the Westin Seattle Hotel is about 40-45 minutes, depending on time of day and traffic.
Taxis depart from the 3rd Floor of the Airport Parking Garage/Ground Transportation Plaza. A taxi coordinator is available to assist passengers with questions, concerns, or special requests. Accessible cabs and baby seats are available upon request.
There is a flat fee for travel from Sea-Tac to the Westin Seattle Hotel of $40. All taxis accept major credit cards.
Car Ride Services
App-based ride share companies Uber & Lyft are available in Seattle! Fares are approx. $35–$40 from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
After you have arranged your ride, proceed to the Airport Parking Garage/Ground Transportation Plaza. Uber & Lyft rides pick up from the 3rd Floor. Follow signage to the TNC/Rideshare pickup area in section I and J.
Rental Car Services
Sea-Tac International Airport is currently served by several car rental companies. All car rental facilities are located in a separate off-site rental car facility with dedicated shuttle buses in operation 24 hours a day. The airport has two passenger pick-up areas located outside baggage claim at both the north and south end of the main terminal. Link Light Rail (Central Link)
Link Light Rail is Seattle's light rail transportation system with a direct route from Sea-Tac International Airport to the Westin Seattle Hotel and downtown Seattle. To access the Link Light SeaTac/Airport Station proceed to 4th Floor of the Airport Parking Garage/Ground Transportation Plaza. Disembark the train at the Westlake Center Transit Tunnell Station and take the Westlake Center exit.
