Public art work creates an interactive experience to draw visitors down to the canal and raise awareness of its condition.

The temporary site specific work, Escape Infrastructure, was recognized by Americans for the Arts Public Art Network (PAN) Year in Review (2013) which annually recognizes outstanding public art projects that represent the most compelling work for the year from across the country.
