Celebrating Achievements of Arts Leaders Across the Nation
Our honorees are as diverse as their life’s work. Some are artists at the very beginning of their careers while others are lifetime achievers who serve as models of creativity and dedication. Some are citizen artists - advocates for artistry that is a positive force of change. Others are private or public sector leaders working to ensure that all Americans have access to the arts and arts education. We also honor individual and corporate leaders who financially support the arts.
At the National Arts Awards, more than 300 of the world's top artists and philanthropic leaders gather to recognize these achievements and applaud the accomplishments of a wide range of individuals that exhibit outstanding leadership in the visual and performing arts, arts education, and philanthropy.
