The work entitled And That’s The Way It Is by artist Ben Rubin consists of an evolving stream of six different text vignettes projected vertically and horizontally on the grid-like façade of the building. Rubin mined both current television news broadcasts and transcripts of historical CBS Evening News broadcasts from the Walter Cronkite era as sources.

The piece was recognized by Americans for the Arts Public Art Network (PAN) Year in Review which annually recognizes outstanding public art projects that represent the most compelling work for the year from across the country.
