This cultural economic impact study is based on a direct survey conducted throughout the region by NEFA in 2004 and Internal Revenue Service data for the year 2002. The website offers summary reports on the economic status of non-profit cultural organizations in 2002 for New England as well as for individual states in the region (Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont). Data shows estimates of spending, income, net assets, admissions, employment, and taxes for the regions cultural organizations.
