In the beginining of February the Public Art Network (PAN) Council members came together in Los Angeles, CA for thier annual winter meeting. From February 6 - 7th, the Council was hosted by Vice-Chair Sarah Conley Odenkirk in her lovely home to discuss resource development, professional standards, regional networking, the upcoming 2015 Public Art & Placemaking Preconference, and more.
